Trainee Solicitor with PRC background
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainee Solicitor with PRC background based in Hong Kong SAR. The Trainee Solicitor will assist lawyers with legal research, drafting, and reviewing documents related to corporate, commercial, family, and dispute resolution matters, including PRC-related work and cross-border issues. Daily tasks include preparing case bundles, attending client meetings and court hearings as appropriate, and supporting the management of files and deadlines. The role involves liaising with clients and external parties, translating and summarising documents where necessary, and helping to coordinate matters across Hong Kong and PRC jurisdictions. The Trainee Solicitor will be expected to learn and apply firm procedures, maintain accurate records, and contribute to delivering high-quality, client-focused services.
